My name is Joanna. In Polish, you can make my name sound like: Asia, Aśka, Joasia, Joania and more…. I’ve heard it all!
To add to it, in Spain, my introduction sounds like Yo Anna, which leaves my name shortened to Anna most of the time. Suena bien también! 😎
Having said enough about my name I guess 😜, let me introduce myself a bit more:
I call myself polaca valenciana as my originally injected Polish blood has been, for many years already, unbio-logically mingled with Spanish, and more specifically Valencian sun cells. ☀ And I like to keep a good balance between pierogi and paella 🥟🥘 win-win
But! I also love exploring other cuisines, most preferably by travelling. This year I started with the short visit to Rome, where I ate……in abundance! Pizza, my beloved cannelloni and pasta!
Besides I really adore sushi and Finnish Karjalanpiirakka
From drinks, definitely wine, white or red, depending on the mood, and you can find me sipping classic margarita 🍸 in my favorite cocktail bar:
